Fabulous old Victorian gilt brooch with an unusual assortment of components that may have some special significance I'm not aware of.   Stones are red and pink, and the filigree work on the outer edges is very delicate.  Typical of the era, the brooch is equipped with a wide-clasp and extended pin stem.   A few minor age spots, but overall condition is excellent.
