Sweetheart locket, most likely from the1940's. The locket features a guilloche (sometimes called Dresden) enamel rose in a heart-shaped goldtone metal frame, dangling from a green enamel bow.  The brooch /pin is a keepsake locket that was used to hold a photo or often, a lock of a loved one's hair, encased with a clear lucite lid that has a small glitch on one side (photo #4).
