I'm not sure if this set has been 're-worked' because the earrings are pierced.  There are also small holes in the back of each bakelite section.  Regardless, this is a very cool retro set.  The bracelet is stretchy; each black section measures 2 1/4" long x 1/4" wide.  The 'butterscotch' sections measure 1" x 1/2".  The earrings match the butterscotch sections.  Each section is separated by two small black beads.  It is hard to measure, but I would say that the bracelet would fit an average-sized wrist.  Very good condition.
