Gorgeous art deco brooch, made to look like a ribbon of red and white pavé rhinestones (baguettes and chatons).  Rhodium-plated setting is stamped BOUCHER 5433.  Overall size is 3" x 1-1/8" and condition is excellent.  Much nicer in person!
