Fabulous brooch and clip earring set by LeC ... one of Marcel Boucher's high end Canadian lines (LeC is short for "Le Couture").  The textured goldtone brooch is 2-5/8" x 2-1/4" with ribbons of pavé clear rhinestones and a large royal blue cabochon in the center.  The design is duplicated in the matching 1-1/4" x 1-1/8" clip earrings.  Top notch quality and condition.
