Large 3" x 4" articulated pendant of funky fishes.  The tinkling, dangly silver balls make me think this is probably from India or the Middle East.   The 3 textured fish are accented with turquoise colored enamel and the oversized pendant hangs from a 22" silvertone chain.  There are a few minor dings on the enamel but overall condition is very good.  There is a 2nd bail on the back of the top fish ... perhaps so it can also be hung from a belt (for belly dancing?).
