This brooch appears to be Scottish in origin.  It measures just over 3 1/4" long x 1/2" wide.  It is a silver-tone metal with a green cabochon in the center and a topaz colored rhinestone in the top.  The pinstem and safety mechanism are both present and work well.  Overall condition is very good.
