These earrings are signed HOBE.  They measure just shy of 1 1/2" long x 1" wide.  The tear-drop shaped stone is what is referred to as "cat's eye" or "dragon's eye".  I call it "crackled stone", but whatever it is called, it's gorgeous!  It is accented by small rhinestones and milky colored (or moonstone) tear-drop shaped stones and a faux pearl.  The design resembles a flower, with the stem accented with a single rhinestone.  Set in gold-tone metal, these earrings are in very good condition.
