Very well constructed brooch signed "CINER" with a copyright symbol and 1892.  It measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/4", this bug is embellished with Montana blue, light blue and topaz colored rhinestones on its body and tons of paave-set rhinestones on its wings.  Extremely well made and in excellent condition.
