Regal, bejewelled 3-D crown pin by Marcel Boucher.  The rhodium plated brooch is stamped with the Phrygian Cap and numbered 5398 (Boucher's phrygian cap mark was used predominantly between 1937 and 1949).  The 1-1/2" x 1" crown is encrusted with clear chatons, faux pearls and baguette rhinestones in gemstone shades of ruby red, emerald green, royal (cardinal) purple, sapphire and 'diamond'.   A highly collectible piece in excellent condition.
