Tortoise colored lucite box base with a clear, cross-cut hinged lid and 15" brown plastic swivel handles.  The bottom part of the acrylic closure has broken off so the lid simply 'rests' on the top of the box.  A bit of velcro (or ?) might fix it right up, if you are the creative, handy type! Actually, it works & looks just fine as is. The purse measures 9" long  x 4-1/4" high x 5" deep.  The inside bottom looks like someone may have used acetone to remove a label.  Otherwise, no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs.   Price reflects the broken clasp.
