I'm not sure if these are shoe clips or sweater clips - I'm going to assume "shoe" :)  They are beautiful pave-set rhinestones adorning a large chunk of yellow bakelite.  They measure 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" and appear to be pot metal in very good condition.  Only one stone appears to be a bit darker, but does not detract.
