Remember these rings?  They open up to reveal a gel, I'm assuming perfume (although this one really doesn't have any scent left).  It is slightly adjustable, but would fit a size 7 finger.  The cameo section measures 1 1/4" x 7/8" and is a cream colored lady on a carnelian colored background.  Very light wear; overall condition is very good.
