It is so sad when a person decides to alter a collectible designer like Sherman; that's what I am 99.9% sure what happened to this gorgeous set.  I have seen Sherman with this exact design before.  Unfortunately someone converted the clips to pierced and replaced the chain; thereby rendering this beauty without a designer.  You can even see the soldering job on the earring backs.  They did a good job of converting, but it's sad that these lovelies lost their name.  In any case, this set is beautiful; the necklace measures 16 1/2" long with the wide part of the bib measuring 1 1/16".  the earrings are chandeliers measuring 2 1/4" x 1 1/4".  For an example of these earrings (signed), check my Sherman Gallery.
